The hotel is located in the heart of a shopping paradise, surrounded by numerous upscale shopping centers and even botanical gardens. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the bathroom was equally impressive. Staff was polite and attentive to our needs, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a good variety of food.

As a vegan, I was impressed with the variety of plant-based options available at breakfast. The avocado toast was a personal favorite. I recommend this hotel.

The first four floors of the hotel are home to the chic Mandarin Gallery, a top-notch shopping and dining destination. This made for an all-encompassing retail and hospitality experience right at our doorstep, adding a vibrant and convenient touch to our family stay.

My wife says that more family-friendly activities or play areas for children would have made the stay perfect.

I stayed at Mandarin Orchard Hotel with my family for a weekend getaway. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of foods that we all enjoyed, and the hotel's location on Orchard Rd allowed my wife and son to explore while I had my meetings. The concierge customer service was helpful, the taxi service was efficient, and the entire place was extremely clean. The room we stayed in, on the highest floor, was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was able to accommodate our request for a bathtub. We also appreciated the slightly later check out time the staff granted us, allowing us to leave right before our next appointment. The hotel's great location, with easy access to Sommerset MRT and nearby attractions like Chinatown and Clarke Quay, made our stay even better.

The hotel has massive function and meeting spaces, perfect for hosting a party of 900. The lobby is fancy with a fancy chandelier. The location is great for shopping therapy. Cons: Oh, I just loved navigating through the ongoing renovation. Such a delightful experience.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was fantastisch! De kamer was mooi, nieuw en zeer schoon. Ik was onder de indruk van de goede locatie, vlakbij het station en met veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Gelukkig was er een eigen parkeergarage naast het hotel, wat heel handig was. Gelukkig waren de hotel faciliteiten geweldig. De lobby had een leuke racebaan waar de kinderen dol op waren. Gelukkig vond ik de gratis koffie hoek erg leuk en uniek. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze deden hun best om ons te helpen met het ontbijtprobleem.
